As a school leaver, you do not yet have the experience employers crave. This is where we want to provide a solution with Maxicon. As a young potential, you can work for us as a MaxiGraduater.
Are you a MaxiGraduater?
- You have just graduated You have a degree in a technical field
- You have knowledge in a technical field (mechanics, electricity, electromechanics, etc.)
- You are motivated to get started
- You have great enthusiasm and team spirit
With this project, we guide you from A to Z within your first work experience. We offer on-the-field training for 1 year. During this training, we want to immerse you in the wide world of technology and send you on the road with one of our experienced employees. A quarterly evaluation takes place at the customer's premises together with your training coordinator. If everything goes well, at the end of your course you will have been trained as a fully-fledged technician and you will be able to start working for us with an open-ended contract! #tisdeMAX
