ABSOLUTE JOBS & Maxicon join forces

In 2018, we accounted for a combined turnover of 32 million euros and in total, our new group will have 250 employees and employ many thousands of temporary workers a year. With A.M. Group, we do want to grow from a medium-sized player to a large, national HR group with full-service recruitment & outsourcing services in the short term.

With Maxicon, we have been setting the tone in outsourcing for technicians since 2015. Thanks to a thoughtful approach and unique staff recruitment, in a few years we have grown into a company with 180 employees. Since mid-2017, we expanded our original activities with Maxicon Retail and Engineering. Finally, at Maxicon, we also have our own drone department with which we help companies in safer and more efficient operations.

Absolute Jobs has been active in the HR world since 2011. Just last year, they doubled their offices, and they continue to invest further in their national expansion. The Absolute Jobs group consists of Absolute@Work (technical bottleneck jobs), Absolute@Construct (construction jobs), Locuinta (patrimony), Absolute Jobs Romania, and Absolute You (payroll for hospitality & job students).
