2022/05/20
Matthias Warlop started his career at DXC Consulting and then held roles at Sthree & Altran- Capgemini. From 2014, he was jointly responsible for TMC's strong advance in Belgium. Warlop is also a director at MediPartner & Assist-o AG. "I am particularly pleased to come home after 15 years of experience in Brussels, Berlin & Switzerland to a group with West Flanders roots where entrepreneurship is the driving force and customer focus & fun are key."
"Our objective is clear: to reach the 100 million euro turnover mark at group level within five years," says Emmanuel Bekaert, CEO of Maxicon. Kris Ramboer, CEO of Absolute Jobs, sounds equally convinced: "We look forward to strengthening our group with Matthias' experience and drive. As CEOs ourselves, we will retain day-to-day management and continue our strong expansion of the past years. Moreover, the individuality and independence of our companies will remain guaranteed."
Warlop: "It is our shared ambition to further evolve AM Group into an (inter)national, full-service HR partner by building further on the excellent reputation and strength of Maxicon and Absolute Jobs. But also AbsoluteYOU, expert in payrolling, and Maxicon Limburg, the youngest members of the AM family, will play an important role within those growth plans. We will also proactively look for collaborations and acquisitions within the Belgian market to realise additional growth."
