Job description
You will become the heart of our operations in Antwerp and the Kempen region. You won’t just build our client base by reaching out to new companies — you’ll also nurture warm, long-term relationships with existing customers.
Some days, you’ll start from scratch, making a cold visit to open new doors. On other days, you’ll listen closely to our technicians, get to know their skills and ambitions, and look for the perfect match between them and our clients. You are the vital link between our technical talent and the companies eager for their expertise.
Until we’ve reached our goals, you won’t shy away from a screening or going the extra mile to bring in new technical profiles. This way, you can quickly find talent that matches your clients’ needs — and helps boost our results.

- Sales with vision: Someone who works with purpose, embraces targets, and is always looking for ways to drive growth.
- People person: You have a natural affinity with people, you're a good listener, and you know how to make technicians feel that their skills truly matter.
- Flexible and hands-on: You enjoy being around people and thrive in finding the dynamic balance between cold prospecting and relationship management.
- Recruitment skills: Some experience in recruitment is a must — experience in project sourcing is a definite plus!
