• You translate business questions into clear dashboards and reports in Power BI. 
• You analyse available data and create smart data models as a basis for reporting. 
• You work with Power Query, DAX and modelling techniques to create insight. 
• You contribute ideas about data visualisation and storytelling to make reports usable and understandable. 
• You work with business stakeholders to identify needs and define KPIs. 
• You advise on the design of a high-performance and maintainable Power BI environment. 
• You help unlock data sources and integrate them with other systems. 
• You will document your reports and data flows in a clear manner.
• You will train or guide end users in the use of reports or self-service BI.
• You will contribute to a broader data-driven culture among customers.

• You have at least two years of experience with Power BI in a professional context. 
• You are skilled in data modelling and understand the principles of relational data. 
• You are proficient in DAX and Power Query and know how to convert complex business logic into reporting. 
• You can independently set up end-to-end reports, from data source to visualisation. 
• You understand the needs of business stakeholders and ask the right questions. 
• You have an eye for design, user-friendliness and consistency in visualisations. 
• You are proficient in Excel, SQL and, preferably, data platforms such as Azure. 
• You communicate fluently and know how to convey technical insights in an understandable way.
• You are available as a freelancer or open to a permanent collaboration. Both options are negotiable.
• You are curious, solution-oriented and enjoy sharing your knowledge about data & BI.
