Operational IT Manager

• You are responsible for the daily management of the IT environment at our customers (50-200 employees). 
• You coordinate IT services and ensure stability, performance and support. 
• You manage external suppliers and/or IT partners and monitor SLAs and quality. 
• You will manage networks, servers, cloud applications, licences and security. 
• You will follow up on incidents, structure service processes and ensure clear communication. 
• You will work closely with key users on application use and user support. 
• You will set up small improvement projects around IT processes, documentation and standardisation. 
• You identify risks or shortcomings in IT and propose targeted improvement actions.
• You ensure clear reporting on IT status, ongoing issues and planned actions.
• You are the first point of contact for everything related to IT infrastructure and support.

• You have at least 5 years of experience in IT support, system administration or IT coordination. 
• You are technically skilled in the areas of networks, servers, Office 365 and IT security. 
• You can work independently, but coordinate well with external partners or internal stakeholders. 
• You are hands-on and practical, and you are involved in day-to-day IT activities. 
• You have experience in an SME environment or at growing companies with broad IT needs. 
• You communicate clearly with end users and translate IT language into understandable actions.
• You maintain an overview and think proactively in terms of solutions and process improvement.
• You document your work clearly and ensure transferability and structure.
• You are available as a freelancer or open to a permanent collaboration. Both options are negotiable.
