• You guide organisations in choosing the right software package and the most suitable implementation partner.

• You conduct strategic and operational interviews with stakeholders and key users.

• You map out current processes and define the desired situation.

• You translate business needs into functional, non-functional and technical requirements.

• You draw up a complete analysis and requirements document.

• You guide the entire selection process with the support of a functional analyst. 

• You advise clients on the final choice of partner and package.

• You coordinate the collaboration with the Functional Analyst and other specialists.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Consultant.

• Demonstrable experience with ERP implementations or software selection processes.

• Strong communication skills at all levels (boardroom to shop floor).

• Helicopter view, but also an eye for detail where necessary.

• Strong analytical skills and able to substantiate choices with facts and logic.

• Knowledge of change and project management is a plus.

• You function well in a team and can also work completely independently.
