Functional Analyst

• You will work with the Lead Business Analyst to clearly define all functional requirements 

• You will develop process flows and use cases (BPMN or equivalent).

• You will document functional requirements based on workshops and interviews.

• You will validate requirements with the customer and end users.

• You will draw up testable demo/POC scenarios for the shortlist of suppliers.

• You will assess fit/gap during demos and pilots.

• You will maintain the requirements and score matrix throughout the process.

• You will work closely with the Lead Business Analyst to ensure consistency and completeness.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.

• Experience with process analysis, ERP or other complex business applications.

• Eye for detail and accurate documentation skills.

• Strong analytical skills, structured and results-oriented.

• Experience in drawing up test or validation scenarios is a plus.

• Good communication skills and team spirit.

• You are driven and willing to grow further to become a Lead Business Analyst.
